Planning documents, read for you

The AI reads the council’s decision notice and pulls out what was permitted, the conditions and the expiry date, quoting the line each one came from.

Code and official data decide the facts. Every AI line cites its source, and the page works without AI.

Questions

Straight answers

Anything else: support@plot.market

Are you an estate agent?

No. plot.market is a search site. We don’t take enquiries, negotiate or hold money. You contact the selling agent directly, by phone or with the details on the plot page.

Where do the plots come from?

From independent estate and land agents’ public listings. Every plot links to the agent’s original page and shows the date we last checked it. We don’t have every plot in the UK yet, and we say so.

Can I rely on the checks?

They’re a starting point, not legal or survey advice. Every answer says where it came from. What the agent says is labelled as the agent’s claim, and anything we can’t confirm stays “Needs checking” until a professional confirms it.

What does the AI do?

It explains, reads and drafts: for example, it reads a planning decision notice and pulls out what was permitted, the conditions and the expiry, quoting its source. Code and official data decide the facts, and everything still works without AI.

Is the outline on the map the land for sale?

No. Parcel outlines and planning-site boundaries are context only. The land for sale is set by the agent’s sale plan and the title plan, so get both before you offer.

What does it cost?

Searching, plot reports, map checks and the budget planner are free. Plus is £19 a month, cancel any time. A report pack is £19 and Ask our team is £39 per request.
